We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist (Export Procedures for Escooter / Electronics Cars) to manage and coordinate end-to-end international shipment processes from Vietnam to Netherlands. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth export operations, compliance, and cross-border coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Export Operations (Vietnam – Lead Role)
- Take full ownership of export declaration and customs clearance processes
- Ensure timely and compliant export documentation
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to complete export procedures
- Act as:
- Seller
- Exporter of Record (EOR)
- Manage and oversee international shipment arrangements to destination ports
- Provide regular updates to global market teams
Logistics Coordination (Vietnam)
- Work closely with logistics partners to arrange shipment from origin to port
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure cargo readiness and timeline adherence
- Support documentation preparation and export customs processes
Import & Market Coordination (Global Markets)
- Collaborate with market teams to ensure smooth import customs clearance
- Align on documentation accuracy and compliance requirements
- Support coordination for:
- Warehousing
- Distribution at destination markets
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, BO team, Market teams)
- Ensure alignment across Vietnam and international stakeholders
- Act as a key contact point for export-import related matters
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, export-import, or supply chain operations
- Strong understanding of international shipping and customs procedures
- Experience with export/import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, etc.)
- Familiarity with EOR/IOR concepts is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Finished Vehicle Logistics
- Knowledge in transport of EV cars by vessel (ex VN), truck and rail in Europe
- Announcements/Registration to Authorities are known to import cars
- Native speaker
