Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage relationships with logistics service providers (contract, performance management), international freight forwarding, customs clearance for both inbound/outbound operations and stock management.
Liaise with Brand, Operations and Supply Chain management teams to ensure smooth end to end logistic operations.
Maintain updated records of all shipments.
Billing administration.
Qualifications
Min. 5 years in international freight forwarding and e-commerce logistics industry
Experience in South East and North Asia e-commerce general and cross border (hybrid model) import compliance are advantageous
Skillful in using ERP, OMS, WMS
Experience in creating SOP including implementation
Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both spoken and written
Excellent communication skill
Excel at MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Excellent reporting and analytical skills
Team player, self-starter
Critical thinking
Commercial acumen
