Job Responsibilities
1. Maintain daily communication with various cargo stations in Europe, and solve abnormal situations and problems in a timely manner.
2. Promote system data connection with service providers. Analyze data and identify problems.
3. Monitor supplier timeliness, quickly identify problems, and propose optimization plans.
4. Maintain friendly communication and collaboration with upstream airlines and downstream customs clearance suppliers.
5. Can propose optimization plans for the operation timeliness of European countries and be responsible for the timeliness performance.
6. For abnormal goods, the cause of the problem can be accurately located and solved in time.
7. Real-time understanding and analysis of customs affairs and changes at various ports in Europe, providing real-time information for company decision-making.
8. Able to cooperate well with this team and other teams.
Job Requirements:
1. More than three years’ experience in the air cargo industry. Understand the operation process and details of air transportation.
2. Have experience in training in the air transport industry. (eg, Custom inspections/customs documentation training, AWB preparation training, SITA telex traffic training, Load service training, Dangerous Goods training, etc.)
3. Have good communication and coordination skills. Can find the problem from many links and provide a reasonable solution.
4. Results-oriented and good at teamwork. Ability to navigate cross-cultural teamwork.
5. Serious, meticulous, and responsible.
6. Proficiency in English as a working language, a second language is strongly recommended (eg, French, Dutch, German, Spanish, etc.).
7. Have a driver's license from an EU country and can travel frequently.
