Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Logistics Operations role located in the Greater Hat Yai Area. The Senior Logistics Operations professional will oversee daily logistics processes, manage transportation and supply chain operations, and ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the movement and storage of goods. Key responsibilities include stakeholder communication, improving logistics workflows, and enhancing customer service standards while maintaining compliance with organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, optimize processes, and make informed decisions
- Expertise in Transportation Management and Supply Chain Management, with an ability to plan and execute logistics operations
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline is highly preferred
