We are looking for a Senior logistics operations manager.
What you will be doing
- Own the full inbound logistics process – final delivery of goods to our warehouses.
- Plan and manage international shipments (air, sea, rail, road), with a strong focus on imports from Asia, including active management of spot pricing through RFQs, offer comparison, and negotiation with logistics partners.
- Build, structure, and continuously improve logistics processes, including setting KPIs and identifying inefficiencies.
- Track shipments end-to-end, proactively manage delays, and keep internal and external teams updated on timelines and risks.
- Handle customs procedures, documentation, and claims, ensuring compliance with import regulations.
- Take full ownership of logistics operations by solving issues independently, optimizing transport costs, and ensuring on-time deliveries.
What we expect from you
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management (preferably in international/import logistics).
- Strong understanding of Asia–Europe freight flows (sea, air, rail) and European road distribution.
- Knowledge of customs procedures, import regulations, and documentation handling.
- Ability to build and manage processes from scratch, with a data-driven mindset (KPIs, cost analysis, performance tracking).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly and independently in dynamic situations.
- Strong communication skills – able to coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams while managing expectations.

Compensation
Fixed salary depending on experience: €2600-3400 gross/month + annual bonuses.
