We’re looking for an experienced Senior Freight Broker with a proven track record of generating revenue and managing strong customer relationships.
This opportunity is built for a broker who already knows the business, has an established book of customers, and is ready to bring that experience to a company where they can continue to grow.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of freight brokerage experience and a demonstrated history of generating approximately $15,000–$30,000+ in monthly Gross Profit.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow an established book of business.
- Develop long-term relationships with shippers and decision-makers.
- Generate consistent monthly Gross Profit.
- Identify opportunities to increase volume and profitability.
- Develop new business within your existing network and through referrals.
- Work closely with our internal carrier team to efficiently cover customer freight.
- Provide customers with reliable transportation solutions.
- Take ownership of your accounts and production.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of freight brokerage experience.
- Proven history as a successful freight broker.
- Established customer relationships and a verifiable book of business.
- Historical production of approximately $15,000–$30,000+ in monthly Gross Profit.
- Strong understanding of freight brokerage, pricing, and customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- A proven ability to generate and retain business.

Our internal carrier team handles carrier procurement, allowing you to spend more of your time where it matters: building relationships, growing accounts, and generating Gross Profit.
You will also have access to our sister company’s network of 3,000+ expedite sprinter vans, providing additional capacity and flexibility for your customers.
Once your monthly Gross Profit crosses $35,000, the company fully funds and assigns a dedicated Operations Coordinator to your pod to handle tracking and carrier procurement — freeing you up entirely to focus on clients and growing your book.
Compensation
- $70,000–$80,000 base salary
- Monthly draw against commissions
- True zero debt rollover — if you have a tough market month, your draw balance completely resets to $0 on the 1st. You never build permanent debt to the house.
- Additional performance-based earning potential
This is a 100% on-site position in Naperville, IL. Remote and hybrid work are not available.
This is an experienced-level opportunity. We are not looking for entry-level candidates or individuals without an established track record in freight brokerage.
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
