🛠 The team

Our product team is composed of 10 people across Paris and Nantes office: 5 Product managers, 4 Designers and 1 Data Analyst.

You’ll be part of this team while working closely with the Tech team (45+ passionate people across Paris, Nantes, and other remote locations).

The Dashdoc product is split into three core parts:

  • The API

  • The Web applications (TMS, Flow, Wam, Crossdock… and more to come)

  • The Mobile app (for truckers)

🚀 Your mission

We’re looking for an Experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and shape the future of Dashdoc’s platform with the Shipper BU (1 Track, 2 developers).

Goal of the Shipper BU: We are looking for our first dedicated Product Manager for our Industrials/Shippers vertical (the clients of the carriers). You will lead the team and scale this BU to €30M within the next 5 years.

  • Automate 100% of order assignment

  • Automate billing control

  • Build the right KPIs and monitoring cockpit for our customers

  • And many other strategic and confidential projects

On this strategic domain you will.

  1. Lead discovery, shaping, and delivery of features that solve real user problems.

  2. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders (including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing).

  3. Drive your roadmap, ensuring your domain is best-in-class and aligned with Dashdoc’s vision.

    You have at least 5 years of product management experience, with a track record of delivering impactful features & products. You identify user problems, evaluate solutions, and iterate quickly.

    Bonus points if you’ve shipped in B2B SaaS or marketplace environments!

    You’re excited by the challenge of building products for international markets, can adapt to different cultures, and ideally are fluent in English (Spanish is a strong plus for some roles!).

    Bonus point if you’re fluent in Spanish or other languages.
