Key Responsibilities
-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve agreed revenue targets.
-Manage key accounts and build strong, long-term client relationships.
-Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
-Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and minimize delays.
-Ensure high service quality and customer availability throughout the sales cycle.
-Conduct regular field visits to generate new leads and maintain existing customer relationships.
Skills and Experience Required
-Minimum 2 years of experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry in a similar sales role (Sea Exports preferred).
-Proficiency in MS Office applications.
-Strong English language proficiency (written and spoken).
-Strong customer service mindset with effective communication skills.
