- Input and maintain revenue and freight-related postings in SAP accurately and on a timely basis.
- Prepare vehicle-wise trip performance and trip cost reports to monitor operational efficiency and transportation expenses.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport-related reports, including trip performance, vehicle utilization, freight, cost, and overall operational performance.
- Verify driver and helper allowance bills against approved rates, supporting documents, and applicable approvals.
- Check and verify loading, unloading, and other transport-related labor bills to ensure accuracy and compliance with approved requirements.
- Prepare monthly vehicle-wise trip cost statements with corresponding trip records for monitoring and analysis.
- Reconcile trip records, freight, vehicle utilization, and transport costs to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of transport expenses, trip details, bills, and related operational data.
- Provide transport cost and performance information to management as required for decision-making and cost control.
