What You Bring
✔ 5+ years of freight brokerage operations experience (non-asset brokerage required)
✔ Experience leading multiple operations teams within a high-volume brokerage
✔ Strong financial acumen with proven success improving margins and operational performance
✔ Experience managing RFQs, spot freight, contract freight, and enterprise-level customer portfolios
✔ Demonstrated success building scalable operational processes
✔ Proven leadership developing high-performing managers and operations teams
✔ Executive presence with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
