Role Description
· Develop & maintain relationships with the Airlines, GSSA & major clients.
· Develop new business opportunities and generate profitable turnover in order to meet & exceed business target.
· Create strategies, build business networks and cross-sale to strengthen the company’s customer base and enhance the business diversity.
· Research and keep trend on customer needs, market intelligence, competitive activities, and potential new products and services.
· Timely follow up on sales leads, ensure leads are answered and qualified/processed.
· Participate in RFQ & ensure tenders are replied in timely manner.
· Ensure Account Receivable within Credit Authorization at always.
· Participate BSA negotiations and conclusion.
. Frequent travels nationally & internationally.
Qualifications
Min of 8 years successful experience in Airfreight
Knowledge of Import and Export processes
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Masters degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Ability to create and maintain high level network with Moroccan Business
Mature
Pragmatic
Team player
Advanced analytical skills
Proficient in French & English at least
