We try to make the onboarding process as fast as possible to minimize down time.
What we offer for semi-truck owner-operators:
SOLO: weekly gross of $5,000 to $8,000*
TEAM: weekly gross of $7,000 to $12,000* (*on average)
– 85%/15% for Power-Only (the payout/fee split for semi-trucks without trailers)
– 88%/12% for Dry Van (53′ dry van semi trailers)
– 90%/10% for Open Deck (48-53′ flatbed and step deck trailers)

What we offer for hotshot owner-operators:
Weekly gross of $3,000 to $6,000 (on average)
85%/15% the payout/fee split

The cost of insurance and/or a temporary tag will be deducted from your weekly gross revenue.

Requirements for semi-truck owner-operators:
– semi-truck(s)
– Not less than 6 months of experience
– Authorization to work in the US
– Valid CDL A and medical card
Requirements for hotshot owner-operators:
– Pickup truck + gooseneck/flatbed trailer
– Gooseneck/flatbed trailer 35-40′ long
– Payload capacity of the trailer: 14-15 k lbs.
! CDL Class A is a prerequisite !

Skills:
– Proven work experience as a semi-truck or hotshot driver
– Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, ELD, etc.)
– Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
– Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
– Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc)
