TAKE TRUCK HOME (Automatic Sleeper)
Job Details:
- Full Time W-2 Dedicated Account
- Starting Pay over: $89,000+/yr
- Starting Times Between Hours of: 10am-2pm
- Home Time: 2-3 nights a week in addition to reset (usually 2 nights but that cannot be guaranteed)
Operations:
- Drivers on this semi-local job will operate in CA, NV, UT, WY, MT, and ID
- 70% of deliveries are in CA
- Driver is required to cross Donner Pass on a regular basis
- At the receiver, driver is required to offload pallets of freight with an electric pallet jack
- Daily Rates and Activity-Based Bonuses: Earn based on eligible activity pay (cents/mile & stop pay) also $18 base hourly earnings for delays.
Work-Life Balance:
- Frequent Home Time & Weekends Off!
- Days off will be Friday and Saturday
- Home Time: 2-3 -nights a week in addition to reset (usually 2 nights but that cannot be guaranteed)
Payment Structure:
- Cents/mile: $0.68-$0.72
- Stop Pay: $38 per stop (Electric pallet jack unload)
- $50 per day winter incentive pay – Paid out from November-March
- Safety Training: $20 per hour
- New Hire Training Period: $250 per day
- Holiday Extra Pay: $200 per day (6 Paid Holidays)

Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 MONTHS TRACTOR-TRAILER EXPERIENCE
- Clean Driving Record
- Must Pass Hair Follicle Drug Test
