DIY Parts Inc is an ecommerce company that sells automotive and aerosol products direct to consumers. Think “Mini Amazon Warehouse”. We have been in business since 2006 . Our warehousing operation near downtown Asheboro NC. We are seeking full time, but temporary seasonal staff members, which could evolve into a permanent position. We are growing quickly and look forward to you joining out team!
Warehouse Associate
—— IMPORTANT! – We are actively conducting “working interviews” and are looking to hire immediately those that are not currently employed. Please send us a list of the days you are available to come in to perform your working interview. The full 8 hour day is required for the interview and you will be compensated with $10 per hour CASH. The working interviews are first come first serve and we will offer the best performers the positions.
Job Environment
Our warehouse is 4,000 sqft, so there is not a lot of walking, but some. It is climate controlled year around. No experience required! We will teach you everything you need to know. We are conveniently located just a couple blocks from downtown Asheboro.
Job Description:
Unloading Freight with a Pallet Jack. Use of a Walkie Stacker as well.
Receiving Inventory – Counting, entering into software and putting away cartons..
Inventory Handling – Must be able to life up to 50lbs, but most handling will be under 5lbs.
Picking & Packing Orders – Being direct to consumer, most of our orders are just a few items and few pounds in total.
General Labor – As a small business, all employees are expected to contribute to general cleanliness and general tasks to keep things running smooth.
What we are looking for:
Reliable – Come to work every day and be on time. We have a zero tolerance “no show” policy. Communicate to us your needs and we will do our best to accommodate requests. Those that regularly call out last minute will be invited to seek other employment.
Hustle – A fast pace is more valuable to the company, meaning we can pay you more. There is a possibility we can offer production pay in the future to increase earning potential.
Focus- Following instructions and asking questions to make sure you understand an assignment.
Schedule & Requirements:
Company operates Monday – Saturday. This position requires Monday, then Wednesday-Saturday every week. 8 hours per day, 40 hour cap per week.
You must have your own reliable transportation to get to work.
Physically up to the job. Must be able to stand the majority of the day and handle inventory and packages. Must be able to lift up 50lbs as needed by yourself.

Full Time Pay & Benefits:
$12-$16 per hour depending performance.
Seasonal staff is not eligible for full time benefits.
