The dispatcher is an entry-level management position responsible for assigning loads to professional drivers while maintaining records and reporting information to senior management.
Qualifications
Must be familiar with Excel and computers
– Strong communication skills
– Proficiency in logistics and dispatching
– Experience with transportation management systems
– Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
– Knowledge of freight operations and supply chain management
– Fluency in English and Spanish for effective communication
The work schedule will be 6 days on and then 1 day off.
