Join Webber’s team in Ontario as a Seasonal AZ/DZ Equipment Operator. Contribute to the safety and maintenance of the province’s roads during winter operations.
Webber is actively hiring AZ/DZ Equipment Operators for both seasonal and full-time positions. Located in multiple Ontario areas, you will operate heavy equipment for road maintenance, snow clearing, and emergency response. Both experienced operators and new drivers are welcomed and trained to ensure safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy equipment for snow removal and sanding
• Conduct road maintenance on bridges and highways
• Engage in emergency response rotations
• Support summer maintenance when necessary
• Prioritize safety in all operations
Requirements:
• Valid AZ or DZ driver’s license required
• Previous experience with heavy machinery is an asset
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Open to seasonal roles with standby allowances
• Commitment to safety and community support
