Customer Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
Customer Support Specialist collaborates with and supports Sales Executive or overseas offices to ensure that all sales and customer support activities are handled proactively and efficiently, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
The Customer Support Specialist completes all customer quotation requests and coordinates the tariff maintenance for all accepted quotes and rates issued to customers.
In this role, the Customer Support Specialist plays an important part in achieving our “Happy Customer” value through a dedicated focus on meeting customer needs.
Requirements:
High school or equivalent education; associate degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years experiences in NVOCC or Freight Forwarding, candidate without experience is welcome.
Knowledgeable on shipping documents, customs clearance, etc.
Good attitude and process customer service mind
Good communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Pricing Executive
Responsibilities:
As a Pricing Executive the incumbent will provide proactive and comprehensive services to both Internal and External customers in all aspects of pricing and quotation.
Support the Pricing Manager to ensure fast and accurate responses for pricing/quotations for both internal departments and overseas offices as well as clients.
Respond timely to client pricing requests and process e-bids in customer’s portals
Coordinate tenders and RFQs for all sea freight products when assigned.
Obtain pricing from carriers, co-loaders, and internal network (local team or overseas offices) to provide a solution and pricing to clients as per request
Maintain strong relationships with carriers and co-loaders
Support the team to ensure fast and accurate responses for pricing/quotations for both internal departments and overseas offices as well as clients.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school or equivalent education; associate degree preferred.
Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in NVOCC or Freight Forwarding as sea freight pricing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in negotiating and managing relationships with carriers and co-loaders
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to engage with various internal and external stakeholders
Willingness to learn, quick learner and accountability
Ability in data analysis, careful calculation and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving mentality
