Your Role
The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities for sea logistics services in Indonesia. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Your Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the sea logistics sector. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth. Use this information to inform sales strategies.
Prepare and present proposals to clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.
Work closely with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market conditions.
Your Skills And Experiences
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or sea freight industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Willingness to travel within Indonesia as required.
