Do you have experience in the Sea freight Industry
?We are currently looking for an experienced Sea Freight Operator to support the team and operational requirements of the business through excellent internal relationships and attention to detail
.You will be working closely with the accounts and operational colleagues to ensure that files are maintained to a high standard ensuring sell rates and costings are inputted correctly. You will be involved in the direct communication with suppliers via email and phone, along with the utilisation of Europa software
.

- es.Be responsible for proactive communication both internally and externally, providing updates for agents, customers, Customer Service and Business Development managers through phone and ema
- il.Respond in a timely manner to challenges or concerns from stakeholders within the required turnaround ti
- me.Ensure problematic tasks that are held for any reason are rectified in a timely mann
- er.Manage and arrange customs clearance and delivery booking processes for import fil
- es.Ensure that excellent and consistent service levels are met at all tim
- es.Check invoicing batches to ensure files are accurately costed and invoic
- ed.Investigate any matters of lost or damaged cargo and liaise with the relevant internal stakeholde
- rs.Be aware of customer credit limits on accounts in-line with company poli
- cy.Undertake any other duties as requested by their line manager, commensurate with the ro
