About Our Client

As part of its continued growth, the organization is seeking experienced Ocean Freight professionals to support export shipment operations, documentation management, carrier coordination, and end-to-end freight execution within a dynamic freight forwarding environment.
Job Description
- Manage end-to-end FCL and LCL export shipments from booking through vessel departure
- Coordinate shipment bookings, cargo planning, and export execution activities
- Prepare and process export shipping documentation including Bill of Lading (BL), Master Bill of Lading (MBL)
- Ensure timely VGM (Verified Gross Mass) and SOLAS compliance submissions
- Coordinate with shipping lines, carriers, freight partners, overseas offices, customs-related vendors, and customers
- Verify shipping documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with operational requirements
- Monitor shipment milestones and provide proactive shipment updates to customers and stakeholder
- Manage export shipment irregularities, cargo incidents, delays, and operational exceptions
- Coordinate and follow up on cargo claims, insurance claims, and incident resolution activities
- Support freight costing, invoicing, billing verification, and dispute resolution
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sea Freight Export Operations Executive (FCL & LCL) should have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience within Sea Freight Export Operations, Freight Forwarding, Shipping Operations.
- Experience handling export shipment coordination and shipping documentation
- Familiarity with freight forwarding and ocean freight operational processes
- Good understanding of export shipment execution and stakeholder coordination
- Strong communication and customer management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- CargoWise One (CW1) experience would be advantageous
