JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Receive order information from customers and agents; proactively arrange transportation schedules in line with customer requirements
- Send booking confirmations and notify customers/partners of the planned shipping schedules
- Monitor cargo stuffing/loading progress according to plan; promptly update customers on transportation schedules
- Regularly update and communicate vessel/flight schedules and cargo information
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues arising during the transportation process
- Advise on services and maintain & develop relationships with customers/partners
- Prepare periodic reports; propose cost optimization solutions and improve service quality.
TIMEWORK: Mon – Sat : 8:00 – 11:30 / 13:00 – 17:30

JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Import-Export, International Business, or related fields
- At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in a Freight Forwarding (FWD) or logistics service company
- Language: English proficiency equivalent to at least intermediate level (Level B); additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Diligent, detail-oriented, patient, tactful, and eager to learn with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good knowledge of sea freight forwarding, shipping agency operations, import-export procedures, and Incoterms.
