Tasks:
Planning, organization and execution of Sea Cargo Transport
Customer inquiries handling
Offers preparation
Invoicing
Intensive communication with carriers, customers and business partners which includes:
Maintaining personal contacts, 2. Reaching the best rates through negotiation process, 3. Customer Service
Requirements:
Higher commercial education or special education in freight forwarding
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Fluent English language knowledge
Accurate, self-initiative and self-confident personality
Business orientation and customer focus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive and motivating attitude
Additional and special advantages:
Previous experience at similar positions
Freight forwarding or even sea cargo transport knowledge in particular
Other languages knowledge (especially German, Chinese etc.)
