- $90,000 average annual compensation
- Pay based on practical miles
- $3,000 sign-on bonus and $3,000 driver referral bonus
- Monthly mileage incentive of up to $0.03 per mile
- Monthly safety incentive of $0.01 per mile
- Annual safety incentive of up to $0.02 per mile
- Quarterly MPG incentive: $0.02/mi at 7.5 MPG, plus $0.01 per 0.25 MPG increase, with no limit
- Cash bonuses for clean inspections
- Detention and wait-time pay at $30 per hour, plus pay for each additional stop

What you need
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 23 years old
- At least 18 months of commercial driving experience; exceptions may apply
- No more than 3 employers in the last 12 months
