Your Contribution
- Manage and monitor 3PL operations to achieve service and KPI targets
- Review 3PL performance and drive continuous improvements
- Manage warehouse processes and support WMS enhancements
- Coordinate bi-annual warehouse stock counts
- Identify opportunities to optimize logistics and freight costs
- Support supply chain improvement and digitalization projects
- Drive process improvements aligned with business needs and strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and prepare regular inventory reports
- Prepare and coordinate warehousing and logistics KPI reports
- Support monthly reporting to Regional Operations and Excellence APAC
- Track and report cost-saving initiatives and performance improvements
Your Experience & Qulifications
- University bachelor’s degree or above
- 4+ years experience in full SCM operations
- Deep knowledge and experience of supply chain concepts, inventory management and warehousing
- Automotive, Automotive After Parts / Aftermarket knowledge is a big plus
- Business level in both Japanese and English language skills
