We are proud to offer:
Batavia- For 2024-25 SY, $25.00/hr for yellow bus drivers up to 28.00/hr*
$25 p/h for trips and charters
$0.50 p/h 401K company contribution for all hours worked
Carol Stream – 2024-25 SY, $25.00 – $27.50 per hour for bus drivers*
$20 p/h for trips and charters
$0.50 p/h 401K company contribution for all hours worked
Both Locations pay more for experience (based on experience, see location for details)*
Paid CDL Training! Earn your CDL while getting paid!*
Paid weekly 🙂
Flexible Hours– no Nights or Weekends required*
No Experience Necessary
Bus Monitors to assist Drivers needed as well so refer a friend or family member!*
Hours:
Route Hours guaranteed 4 hours per day when school is in session for the am/pm route package*
Additional work hours available with mid-day routes, field trips and charters
Summer School routes available – Work year-round with School Holiday breaks

As an Illinois Central School Bus Driver, your major responsibilities will be to:
Meet and greet students with a smile andpositive attitude
Safely transport passengers
Assists students in the loading and unloading process
Requirements:
At least 21 years old
Hold a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
Pass a background check, drug screen & physical
