Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting the sales team in achieving their goals. You will act as a liaison between customers and the sales department, ensuring that all inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.
Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Support the sales team by coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and preparing necessary documentation.
Contribute to the development of sales strategies by providing feedback from customers.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or sales support is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Quick at learning how to use new software systems.
Previous experience within a NVOCC a plus, operations or sales support.
Knowledge of Ocean Freight Carriers a plus.
