What are you going to do?
Verifies customer information as per company guideline.
Creates and organizes Sales quotations, finds technical and commercial solutions to meet customer expectations. Clarification of the scope and content of the project as well as clarification of detailed questions, if necessary, with the corresponding contact partners in the specialist departments.
Preparing & Arranging the Quotes for spares, Revamps, Services, Sales Order generation, Order confirmations, and communication with suppliers and clients.
Bid-coordination between customers, Regional Centers & Product Centers
Receives and respond to customer queries.
Conducting of inquiries according to the procurement guidelines of MAN..
Places sales quotations for workshop, Revamps, Services & and spares by adhering to all MAN compliance guidelines.
Assisting Sales in building up customer relationships and follow up of the bidding process until the conclusion of the contract
Prepare cost collection to expedite invoicing.
Make sure issuance of purchase orders to subcontractors.
Coordinates with customers and agents for collection and delivery of reconditioned/overhauled items and spares
Sends out inspections and service reports on time.
Keep close track on WIP (Work In Progress) project codes.
Reviews orders for completeness according to reporting procedures and coordinate on incomplete orders to complete for further processing.
Ensures proper documentation on each project.
Own the coordination and follow-up for frequent ad hoc data requests from Suppliers/ Customers.
Performs other duties as assigned
You Can Help Us With These Qualifications
understanding of the business both technical and commercial
related experience, preferred
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Good Planning and Organization skills.
University degree or equivalent experience
Ability to work independently, cross-functional and with multi-location team.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills, command of the English language
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
