established book of business and a track record of securing high-value clients? Freight North

Carriers is looking for a results-driven Business Development/Sales Representative to expand our

market reach and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the trucking and logistics sector.

• Leverage your existing network to expand our customer base and build long-term

relationships.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.

• Collaborate with internal operations and dispatch teams to ensure exceptional service

delivery.

• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to drive

informed sales strategies.

Who You Are

• Proven experience in business development and sales within the trucking, freight, or

logistics industry.

• Strong existing book of business with established client relationships.

• Deep understanding of freight brokerage, full truckload (FTL), less-than-truckload (LTL),

and specialized hauling.

• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

• Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
