Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Manager to drive the expansion of their air freight agency business in overseas markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the continuous growth of their global presence.

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s air freight services in international markets.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Identify market trends, analyze industry dynamics, and seize opportunities to enhance the company’s competitive position.

Collaborate with key airline agents, particularly in European and American markets, to develop strategic partnerships.

Manage and grow business in the U.S. (LAX/SFO) and European (LHR/FRA) routes, with a strong focus on charter operations.

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to optimize profitability while maintaining strong partnerships.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and business development efforts.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5years of experience in air freight market sales, with a solid understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.

Proven track record of successfully growing sales in international air freight markets.

Strong network and familiarity with major airline agents, particularly those involved in charter operations for U.S. and European routes.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with domestic and international stakeholders.

Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure to meet and exceed sales targets.
