Are you experienced in sales operations and international trade documentation?
Join PT. Indexim Coalindo, a leading coal mining company in Indonesia, and contribute directly to our export & logistics performance from our Jakarta Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage commercial invoices and shipping documents including Bill of Lading (BL), Surveyor Certificates, Certificate of Origin (COO), and customs paperwork.
Coordinate with buyers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and independent surveyors to ensure smooth shipping execution.
Monitor and track the status of domestic and export coal shipments.
Ensure all shipping documents are properly archived, accurate, and audit-ready.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, or relevant fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in export/import operations.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
A fast learner, proactive, systematic, and highly disciplined.
