Responsibilities:
Prepare commercial invoice and handle shipping documents such as BL, Surveyor Certificates, COO, and customs documents.
Communicate with buyers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and independent surveyors.
Monitor domestic and or export shipments.
Maintain organized records of all shipping documents.
Qualifications:
Diploma/bachelor’s degree International Trade, Logistics, or related fields.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in a similar role is a plus.
Good command of English (both spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
Fast learner, action oriented, systematic & highly discipline.
Placement on Head Office Jakarta.
