In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing event bookings to maximize revenue for our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for events and meetings
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, and industry events
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Conduct site inspections and create compelling proposals to showcase our event facilities
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of events, from planning to delivery
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event sales within the hospitality industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Familiarity with event management software and tools is preferred
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
