Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts in the air freight sector.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, freight forwarders, and other key stakeholders.
✅ Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities to enhance RSA Global’s air freight offerings.
✅ Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and business development.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
✅ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
✅ Provide regular sales reports and market insights to senior management.
Requirements:
✔ Experience: Minimum 8+ years in air freight sales within the logistics industry in Dubai, UAE.
✔ Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of air freight operations, pricing structures, and carrier relationships.
✔ Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
✔ Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Network: Existing relationships with airlines and freight forwarders in the region is a plus.
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
