I. Job description
1. Achieve Individual Sales Target – 95%
Main Objectives:
Achieve assigned individual sales targets.
Acquire new business and customers.
Manage profit and loss of assigned customers.
Collect outstanding receivables:
Cooperate with the Accounting Department to collect overdue payments from responsible customers.
Customer Satisfaction & Internal Coordination:
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Contribute to strong teamwork to minimize customer complaints.
Develop a customer-oriented mindset.
Support middle office teams to handle shipments for assigned customers smoothly, ensuring no complaints.
Proactively resolve issues related to team customers.
2. Compliance & Operational Efficiency – 5%
Strictly comply with company guidelines and policies.
Ensure proper creation and implementation of SOPs.
Verify pricing accuracy (obtain approval before starting any business).
Ensure timeliness and accuracy in reporting.
Submit all required reports on time.
II. Requirement:
Education background, experience requirements:
– Graduated from University with major in Foreign Trade, Import Export, Logistic, SCM, Customs, Economic or related major.
– More than 1 year’ sales experience in a freight forwarding company
Knowledge:
– Good knowledge of logistics, shipping, fowarding.
– Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
– Knowledge of management/supervisory
