Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Logistics Specialist. The specialist will manage day-to-day coordination between sales and logistics operations, including quoting, booking, and tracking shipments across various modes getting new customers. Responsibilities include supporting customers with shipment inquiries, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring timely, accurate information flow to internal and external stakeholders. The role will involve collaborating with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to optimize routes, rates, and service levels. The specialist will also assist in maintaining CRM and logistics systems, preparing reports, identifying process improvements, and contributing to revenue growth through proactive sales support.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client relationships, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal and external partners.
  • Experience in Sales, with the ability to support quoting, upselling services, and maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Logistics Management and Freight Forwarding, including shipment coordination, documentation, and understanding of multimodal transport.
  • Comfort using digital tools, CRM platforms, and logistics or TMS/WMS systems; ability to work effectively in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while contributing to a collaborative, cross-functional team.
  • Prior experience in 3PL, supply chain, or related logistics roles preferred; familiarity with global trade practices is a plus.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
