Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to drive growth for OfferX, our cutting-edge hiring automation platform. You will be responsible for building and executing the sales strategy, nurturing client relationships, and leading end-to-end sales cycles with HR leaders, staffing firms, and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to drive OfferX adoption in India and global markets.

Identify, target, and convert HR leaders, staffing heads, and decision-makers in mid to large enterprises.

Conduct product demos, client pitches, and negotiations to close deals.

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for campaigns, feedback, and customer success.

Build and lead a high-performing inside sales team as we scale.

Use CRM tools to track pipeline, follow-ups, and KPIs.

Attend industry events and represent OfferX to expand brand presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4–8 years of B2B SaaS sales or HRTech sales experience.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Experience selling to CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, and HR decision-makers is a strong plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Understanding of hiring trends, recruitment challenges, and HR software.

Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
