Responsibilities :
Be at the forefront of the company’s development by promoting the business to new and existing clients.
Develop, promote, and maintain long-term business relationships with a growing portfolio of international clients.
Meet clients face-to-face to build relationships and gain business.
Obtain relevant information from customers to complete quotations and supply the best possible solutions.
Report to the Freight Manager with feedback on rates or services required and produce quotations from the system.
Follow up on quotes with clients and agents and secure bookings.
Provide accurate information to internal operations staff to ensure efficient administration.
Support export and import processes and cover for export/import teams during holidays and absences.
Maintain accurate records of all customs-related documents and transactions.
Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers regarding customs requirements and procedures.
Provide assistance throughout the business as and when required.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
Experience in Customer Relationship Management
Knowledge of Freight and Logistics operations
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using Sales and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
