Working days : Monday – Friday 9am -6pm / Flexi Hours
Salary : $3200 -$4500 (Subject to Experience)
Location : Office – Changi Airfreight Centre
Job Responsibilities
Direct reports to the Senior Manager.
Achieve agreed upon quarterly sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Generate and reach out to customer leads through cold calling, door knocking, digital marketing to establish new market.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
Work closely with Customer Service and Operations on the execution of customer’s quotation and orders.
Job Requirements
With Diploma in logistics / supply chain is preferable.
Minimum 3 years of B2B or B2C sales experience, sales experience in freight forwarding industry will be highly preferred.
Proficient using Microsoft applications such as Excel, Words, PowerPoint etc.
