WAS Shipping is an international freight forwarding and logistics company providing Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Land Transportation, Customs Clearance, Warehousing and Supply Chain Solutions. We are looking for an ambitious sales professional to grow our customer base in the UAE.

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new freight forwarding business, developing long-term customer relationships, preparing quotations, negotiating freight solutions, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

·      Identify and acquire new customers across the UAE.

·      Develop relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers and trading companies.

·      Generate ocean, air and land freight business.

·      Conduct customer visits, presentations and follow-ups.

·      Prepare quotations and negotiate rates.

·      Maintain accurate CRM records.

·      Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI tools for prospecting.

·      Prepare weekly pipeline and monthly sales reports.

Required Qualifications

·      Minimum 3 years of freight forwarding sales experience in the UAE.

·      Strong communication and negotiation skills.

·      Good knowledge of ocean, air and land freight.

·      Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

·      Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

KPIs

·      Build a strong sales pipeline.

·      Conduct regular customer meetings.

·      Win new accounts and grow recurring business.

·      Meet agreed revenue and gross profit targets.

Compensation

·      Basic Salary: AED 8,000–12,000 per month (depending on experience).

·      New Customer Commission: 5% of Gross Profit.

·      Existing Customer Growth Commission: 2% of Gross Profit.

·      Quarterly performance bonus based on revenue, gross profit, customer retention and collections.
