Our client is a group of companies, and the logistics division offers a wide range of services, including freight forwarding, agency support, and transportation. Their operations involve managing cargo movement, coordinating vessels, and facilitating customs clearance.

We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join the team in Dubai

Mandatory Industry experience-Shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding company

Experience- Min 2-3years

UAE Driving License- Mandatory

Location-Dubai

Responsibilities

• Generate business leads internally and externally.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients worldwide.

• Cultivate new sales leads to establish business and market/negotiate offered services.

• Leverage company value proposition to expand customer base.

• Develop and maintain best business practices.

• Execute monthly executive summaries for C-level leadership.

• Drive customer retention and growth through strategic account planning and relationship

building.

• Work cross-functionally to review pricing, market penetration and service KPIs.

• Responsible for accounts receivables and accessorial charge management as well as providing all documentation needed for claims resolution.

• Drive both revenue and margin growth across multiple verticals and modes.

• Create sales calendar, attend customer events and conduct annual business reviews.

• Clearly understand goals, policies and procedures of the company.
