Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients for our Custom Clearance, Freight Forwarding, and Transportation Services. You will be expected to build lasting client relationships and convert business opportunities into long-term partnerships, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new clients for our Custom Clearance, Freight Forwarding, and Transportation services.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term business partnerships and customer satisfaction.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored logistics solutions, including import/export and end-to-end transportation services.
Utilize existing industry connections to generate leads and expand the client base.
Maintain consistent follow-up and communication with prospects, ensuring smooth conversion of leads into business.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to the management team.
Requirements:
Must be based in Mundra, Gujarat (local candidates only).
In-depth knowledge of the CFS (Container Freight Station) business and the logistics industry.
Proven track record in sales or business development, specifically in custom clearance, freight forwarding, and transportation.
Established network of potential clients in the import-export industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Strong motivation to achieve targets and earn incentives.
