Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, preparing sales reports, and Sales Meeting
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
Proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently
Relevant experience in the shipping and logistics industry is a plus
Maintaining relationship with customers
Inform customers on changes in different topic such as: rates, schedule, new shipping methods, etc.
Managing key accounts / Screening of lost/new customers
Selling value added service to the customer
Willingness to travel domestically to meet clients when needed
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
