Responsibilities
Establishing and developing new accounts/ businesses.
Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers.
Carrying out sales calls/ sales visits.
Visiting potential customers/ preparing quotations and proposals.
Preparing weekly & monthly sales reports.
Gathering market and customer information on current and future trends.
Handling day to day customer enquiries, order takings, in-house system data entry.
Providing consistent interaction with clients to create and maintain customer relations.
Actively promote the company’s services and participate in sales activities.
Ensuring company announcements, products, services, rates, policies and operational changes are communicated to customers on a timely basis.
Data analysis & tracking.
Supporting periodic KPI reports.
Working closely with operations to ensure timely completion of services.
Travelling as and when required for overseas business trips and events.
Any other related functions to shipments co-ordination and ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma preferably in logistics, supply chain or business studies
Fluent in spoken and written English
Service focused and customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Self-driven, analytical and able to perform with minimal supervision
Equally motivated by working independently as well as collaborating in a team
Cheerful and pleasant disposition
Able to travel overseas
Computer Literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
