As a Sales Executive you will be creating offers for transport requests by providing the best possible options based on certain criteria. Through your work you will have the chance to get a deeper understanding of the forwarding industry and satisfy customers across the globe.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
· Timely preparation of rates and quotes for customers and overseas agents also considering time zone differences
· Support the development of new customers but also maintain the existing ones, in collaboration with other departments
· Collaborate and build relationships with customers, carriers and agents to strengthen service competitiveness
· Research and suggest cost-effective shipping methods
Knowledge and Skills
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Shipping or International Transportation/ Logistics
· Fluent in English (Oral and Writing). Additional Languages will be considered a plus.
· Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar position in the forwarding industry
· Excellent knowledge in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and especially Outlook)
· Results oriented with strong negotiation skills
· Efficient prioritization and attention to detail
· Ability to work within tight deadlines
