Position 1: Branch Manager (Sales-Oriented)

Position Overview:
Headwin Global Logistics USA Inc. is actively expanding its market presence across the United States. We are currently seeking a Branch Manager to be based in either Chicago or New York. This position is primarily sales-driven and will be responsible for building and leading a local sales team, driving business growth, and expanding the company’s regional market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full operations of the branch (Chicago or New York), with a strong focus on sales

Build and manage a high-performing local sales team to achieve performance targets

Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers

Manage branch budgets, operational planning, and financial reporting

Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention

Ensure branch operations are compliant with company policies and industry regulations

Continuously develop competitive and high-quality local supplier resources

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Minimum of 3 years’ experiencein sales management in Freight Forwarding industry

Bilingual in English and Chinese is required

Existing customer resources are highly preferred, with the ability to drive revenue growth quickly

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently

Proficient in MS Office applications

Position 2: Sales Director (National Sales Leadership)

Location: Irvine, California

Position Overview:
Headwin Global Logistics USA Inc., headquartered in Irvine, CA, is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead national sales efforts. This role will be responsible for overseeing the company’s entire U.S. sales organization, including the headquarters in Irvine and the upcoming teams in Chicago and New York. The ideal candidate will develop and execute national sales strategies and lead a multi-location sales team to achieve ambitious growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate and execute nationwide sales strategies and market expansion plans

Build, manage, and lead sales teams in Irvine, Chicago, and New York

Establish a unified sales management framework and client development standards

Expand and maintain strategic customer relationships to drive long-term business growth

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies

Collaborate closely with executive leadership to report on sales performance and KPIs

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales management in Freight Forwarding industry

Proven experience in building and managing multi-regional sales teams

Strong client base and established industry connections

Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills

Proficient in MS Office applications

Bilingual in English and Chinese is required
