Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sales Managers & Account Managers / Executives to identify client pain points and design tailored product demos and solution narratives.
Lead discovery sessions to understand freight forwarding processes, tech stacks, and operational goals of prospective clients.
Translate business challenges into technical solutions using our product suite (TMS, WMS, Route Optimization, etc.).
Conduct product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and workshops for key decision-makers.
Build and maintain strong domain knowledge of freight forwarding operations, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
Support RFP responses, proof of concept initiatives, and ROI modelling.
Act as the customer voice internally to influence product development and roadmap.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams for seamless pre-to-post sales handoffs.
Requirements:
10 + years in a solution consulting, pre-sales, or technical sales role—ideally in freight forwarding domain.
Deep understanding of freight forwarding processes (Customs & Compliance, Billing & Payments, Reporting & Analytics).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to simplify complex tech into business value.
Hands-on experience with freight forwarding software / module (Shipment Management Module, Documentation Management Module, Customs Clearance Module) is a strong plus.
Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and conducting product demos.
High adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and enterprise IT environments.
Experience working with global logistics operations or 3PLs.
