Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Director located in Metro Manila. The Sales Director will be responsible for leading and executing sales operations, managing customer relationships, overseeing team performance, and developing business strategies. Daily tasks include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, conducting market research, and implementing sales plans to achieve organizational goals.

Strong skills in Sales and Sales Operations
Proven experience in Customer Service management
Expertise in Team Management and leadership
Proficient in Business Development and strategy implementation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
