Intellectica is recruiting a dedicated and dynamic Sales & Customer Support Specialist on behalf of a leading freight forwarding company. Based in Aspropirgos, Attiki and reporting directly to the Sales Supervisor, the ideal candidate will play a vital role in building strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional support, and contributing to the growth of the business.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt and effective communication
Addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
Resolving shipment delays, discrepancies, and other logistical issues in a timely manner
Monitoring shipment progress and proactively informing clients of any changes or challenges
Assisting in the preparation of shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms
Processing and managing customer quotations, and sales orders in a timely and accurate manner
Coordinating with the sales team to prepare customized proposals, rate sheets, and service agreements
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service issues in the CRM system
Any other task that may be required from time to time
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
1-3 years of experience in a sales back office, customer support, or a similar role, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry
A bachelor’s degree will be considered a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Fluency in Greek and English is required
Completed military obligations (if applicable)
