Description
Responsibilities:
Offer rate to customers according to sales quotation or quoting guideline.
Coordinate with overseas offices/agents regarding ocean freight rate, follow up shipment status etc.
Provide timely response to email both external and internal
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments for solving unexpected problem that may occur.
Providing help and advice to customers using your organization’s services or superior’s advice
Other duties as required by management
Qualifications:
Only candidates with permanent work rights with no restrictions will be considered
Bachelor’s degree in related fields
Experience in freight forwarding business or related fields will be advantage
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in English writing
Service mind / good interpersonal skill
Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, online meeting, or face to face
Good attitude / positive thinking
Ability to work under pressure
Able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers.
Good organizational / Time management
Candidate who can start immediately will be preferred
