Capital Depot is a freight factoring company in the financial services industry. The firm targets the transportation industry to offer accounts receivable factoring services to trucking companies. Capital Depot is looking for a Sales/Business Development Associate. This sales position is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and closing new accounts. The Business Development Associate will focus on selling to new customers while developing and growing existing accounts. An ideal candidate will be self-motivated with an outgoing, ambitious and dynamic sales personality.

Responsibilities:

Contact assigned prospective businesses daily via phone, email and in person.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Identify new sources of prospects and prepare action plans to achieve implemented goal.
Develop a group of reliable referral sources.
Maintain poise and professionalism.
Successively overcome prospective client objections.
Work with internal departments to create contracts for prospective clients.
Work in a team environment and follow up on clients to provide new service opportunities.

Preferred but not necessary:

Knowledge about the transportation and factoring industries
Bilingual and multilingual capacity
